  • 8 oz Feta Cheese or dairy-free feta
  • 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic optional

For Garnish (optional)

  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 0.25 cup Pomegranate Arils optional

Instructions

How to Make Spiced Roasted Carrots with Lemony Whipped Feta

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for roasting.
  • Rinse and cut the carrots in half if whole, removing any green tops.
  • Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, Aleppo pepper, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, sea salt, and black pepper until coated.
  • Spread carrots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
