  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture equal parts cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
  • Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until they're smooth yet still have some texture.
  • Combine melted butter and sugar with the mashed bananas, stirring until well mixed.
  • Add the eggs, and mix until fully blended.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
