Instructions

How to Make Easy Pizza Casserole

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Sauté diced onion and crushed garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Brown ground beef and Italian sausage, breaking them apart as they cook, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add pizza sauce and tomato sauce to the meat mixture, let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Cook rotini pasta until al dente, drain, and return to the pot. Stir in the milk.
  • Layer the casserole starting with meat sauce, followed by pasta, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Repeat until ingredients are used up.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
