  • 1 tablespoon Oregano/Italian Seasoning Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Salt Customize based on preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to suit everyone’s liking.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Fresh minced garlic preferred.
  • 1 medium Onion Can substitute with shallots or omit.

For the Topping

  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Can substitute with cheddar or provolone.
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil Substitute with any cooking oil.

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine uncooked spaghetti, pasta sauce, water, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion in a large baking dish. Stir together until spaghetti is well coated.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and stir gently.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Uncover, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Cool briefly before serving.

Notes
