How to Make Chocolate Date Balls

  • In a food processor, add the pitted Medjool dates and raw cacao powder. Blend on high until smooth, resembling a thick paste.
  • Scoop the blended mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to firm up.
  • After chilling, take small portions of the mixture and roll into small spheres between your palms.
