Instructions

How to Make Irresistibly Crunchy Cashew Brittle

  • Preheat the baking sheet in your oven to around 200°F.
  • Combine granulated sugar and light corn syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the mixture turns a golden amber color, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in roasted cashew halves, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt (if desired). Mix until cashews are coated and the butter melts, about 2 minutes.
