  • 2 tablespoons Poppy Seeds Freshly sourced

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash all your fruits thoroughly. Peel the oranges and segment them into bite-sized pieces, cube the apples, and slice the kiwis into thin rounds.
  • In a large serving bowl, combine the freshly cut oranges, Granny Smith apples, pomegranate seeds, and sliced kiwi. Gently toss the mixture to combine.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, poppy seeds, and a splash of reserved orange juice until well blended.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture. Using a spatula, gently fold the ingredients to coat all the fruit pieces evenly.
  • Just before serving, add the torn mint leaves for an aromatic finish. Optional: Chill briefly before serving.

Notes

Assemble the salad just a few hours before serving for the best flavor and freshness. Avoid freezing to maintain texture.
