  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Apple cider vinegar can substitute if needed.

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, between 375°F and 400°F.
  • Generously coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Steam the broccoli florets for about 4-5 minutes until tender yet bright green.
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley. Stir until smooth and creamy.
