How to Make Delicious Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  • Mix the cinnamon-sugar by combining 0.25 cup of granulated sugar with 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Cream the softened unsalted butter with 1.5 cups of granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Incorporate the eggs one at a time, followed by 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  • Whisk together 2.75 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 0.25 teaspoon of salt in another bowl.
