For the Toppings

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and press it out into a thin, even layer. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  • Let the crust cool for about 5 minutes to become perfectly crispy.
  • Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Spread pizza sauce over the crust, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and layer on pepperoni slices.
  • Place the topped pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
